Ingredients required- 1 ½ cup water, 1 inch of Ceylon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon honey, 4-5 tulsi leaves and a few drops of lemon juice.

How to Prepare

• Pour water into a pan. Then add Cinnamon and tulsi leaves to it.

• Boil the mixture. Cover the pan and allow it to simmer on medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes.

• Now remove the top and stir the contents. The water must be simmered until its volume is reduced to one cup.

• Once the water has boiled, pour it into a cup and add lemon juice/honey to taste.
