Cheiro: The Greatest Palmist ever known to Mankind

Reading Time: 2 minutes

William John Warner, also known as Cheiro, was the most well-known palmist of his time. He was also regarded as the “Einstein of Palmistry.” He learned his skills in India and utilized them to launch a career as a palmist in London, according to his memoirs.

On March 11, as we prepare to see Cheiro in the upcoming film Radhe Shyam, it is only fitting that we learn about the amazing personality who learned palmistry in India and prophesied the future of some of the world’s most prominent figures.

He traveled to Bombay as a teenager, when he met his Guru, an Indian Chitpavan Brahmin who took him to his hamlet in Maharashtra’s Konkan region. Later, Brahmans allowed Cheiro to study an ancient text on palmistry. He spent two years studying the book in-depth, and it is thought that after that time, he was so skilled that he could foretell anyone’s future as well as world events that would occur in the future.

Cheiro was known for solely working for well-known people, such as politicians and celebrities. Mark Twain, W. T. Stead, Sarah Bernhardt, Mata Hari, Oscar Wilde, Grover Cleveland, the 24th President of the United States, Thomas Edison, the Prince of Wales, General Kitchener, William Ewart Gladstone, and Joseph Chamberlain were among the celebrities whose palms he read over his career.

Cheiro’s Prediction for Jews

Cheiro was correct in predicting that Jews will return to Palestine and the country would be renamed Israel.

Titanic, according to Cheiro’s prediction

Titanic is the subject of numerous plays and films, as well as a book titled Titanic’s Last Secrets. A thorough account of one of Cheiro’s palm readings with William Pirrie, the chairman of Harland & Wolf, the Titanic’s builders, is included in the book.

Cheiro foretold that he would soon be fighting for his life, thus foreshadowing the Titanic’s sinking.

Cheiro is fascinated by both life and death.

Cheiro had been hesitant to marry his entire life, but he was also aware that he was doomed to marry late in life. This did happen after he married a woman who took care of him during a critical sickness.

Cheiro relocated to America after being married and spending some time in London, where he would see twenty Hollywood clients per day until his death in 1936. Countess Lena Hamon, his widow, claimed that her 70-year-old husband had prophesied his own death down to the hour the day before he died.

When Radhe Shyam is released on March 11, 2022, the entire narrative of Cheiro will be told on the big screen.
