4. If your partner has complained that you are isolating them, the first step is to ensure that you have a healthy support system and friend circle outside of your partner.

5. Devote equal time to socialising with your friends, as you do not want to have all of your partner’s attention and time all of the time. Maintain and hone your friendships so that you are not in a co-dependent relationship.
