How to Chant Pitru Gayatri Mantra:

• Get out of daily routines and rise early in the morning.
• Spread a woollen white blanket or an asan for seating.
• White garments that are spotless are preferable.
• Make an offering of incense, a lamp, or bhog to the ancestors.
• If saffron incense is offered, it is excellent.
• If you know how to execute TARPAN, you should do so.
• Then, chant Pitru Gayatri according to your capacity.
