• किसी भी मंगलवार से इस साधना को प्रारम्भ कर सकते हैं |
• और यह केवल ७ दिन का प्रयोग है | मंगलवार से मंगलवार तक |
• रोज १ माला मंत्र जाप करनी है |
• भूगर्भ माला से मंत्र जाप करना है
• और यह (रक्षा माला ) पहने रखना जरूरी है |
• रात्रि को मंत्र जाप होगा |
• उत्तर दिशा की और मुँह करके बैठकर पढ़े |
• धोती पहनी होनी चाहिए | और माला पहनी हुई होनी चाहिए |
• यन्त्र आपके सामने होना चाहिए | और इस गुटिका को देखते हुए यह मंत्र जाप करना है |
• 1 माला रोज करनी है  | ९वें दिन अगले बुधवार को इस यन्त्र को नदी में प्रवाहित कर देना है और भूगर्भ माला को भी प्रवाहित कर देना है |
• रक्षा माला और भूगर्भ गुटिका को नहीं फेंकना है |
