The Govardhan Puja is performed on the fourth day of the five-day Diwali celebrations. In various parts of the country, this festival is known as Annakoot Puja. It is thought that worshipping Govardhan hill strengthens one’s devotion and belief in Lord Krishna.

What is the procedure for performing Govardhan Puja?
- Begin the pooja by giving two sugarcane sticks to Govardhan’s portrait.

Significance of Govardhan Puja
