• After having a bath, remember to worship to Ganesha.
• Then put on yellow clothing and sit facing east.
• On a yellow coloured cloth, put a murti of Maa Lakshmi.
• Using a white cloth, spread Haldi (turmeric powder) on it.
• Place seven shells () in the turmeric-smeared white cloth.
• Write the lottery ticket, number, or code on the turmeric-smeared white fabric.
• Make a light out of pure cow ghee.
• Offer sandalwood paste
• Offer yellow flowers.
• Offer agarbatti made from natural flowers.
· Offer a yellow fruit or Prasad.
• Repeat 108 times the chant.
• Do the pooja for seven days.
• Throw the shells and fabric in a running river on the seventh day.
