Former US Ski Team alpine ski racer Lindsey Vonn is a decorated athlete. Aside from her extensive romantic past, which includes relationships with both other athletes and celebrities, she has won four World Cup overall championships.

From Lindsey’s present boyfriend Diego Osorio to Tiger Woods, one of her most renowned suitors, we’ve broken down Lindsey’s loves below.

Osorio Diego

Actor and founder of the tequila business Lobos 1707, Lindsey has lately been associated with Diego Osorio. She was engaged to NHL star P.K. Subban for a few months before rumors began to circulate about their relationship. The two allegedly met months before through a common acquaintance and were initially pictured together last spring in the SoHo region of New York City, according to Page Six.

Their mutual buddy had previously claimed they were merely “having fun,” but it appears they are still very much together, even after all this time. Stylishly clasping hands, they were sighted at a Super Bowl after party in February.

P.K. Subban

In 2018, Lindsey started dating P.K. Subban, a professional ice hockey player from Canada. They made their relationship debut on the red carpet at the 2018 CMT Awards in June and were engaged by August of this year. In 2019, Lindsey wanted to surprise P.K. with a ring and her own marriage proposal during the Christmas holiday season, even though P.K. had already proposed in their Los Angeles home the first time.

But the engagement was short-lived; in December 2020, the couple announced their split through Instagram posts.

According to Lindsey, in an Instagram post that has since been removed, “P.K. and I have had some incredible times together” over the last three years. I have a lot of respect for him since he is a decent man and a nice person. Having given it much thought, however, we have resolved to proceed independently. We will forever cherish our friendship and love for one another. During this time, we kindly request that you respect our privacy.

Even the hockey player’s ex-fiancée received praise from the star on Instagram around that period. “One of the most kind and caring people I know is Lindsey,” P.K. said in a post that has since been deleted. He famously stated on Instagram, “I will always treasure our time as a couple together and the many laughs we shared.” in that post.

Kenan Smith

In 2016, Lindsey was rumored to be dating Kenan Smith, a former assistant coach for the Los Angeles Rams, and the couple seemed pleased to be public about their relationship. The two were seen together at numerous public events, including as the 2017 French Open, the ESPYs, and the premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.

After going public with their romance in November of 2016, they eventually called it quits in November of 2017. “Regrettably, the relationship was eventually affected by their hectic schedules,” the skier’s buddy told People. “They remain friendly and the situation was cordial.”

Thomas Vonn

Between 2007 and 2013, Lindsey and fellow alpine skier Thomas Vonn were married. In 2013, they formalized their divorce. At the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, the two first became friends over a shared love of the sport. Because it was hard to “have business in the relationship,” as Lindsey said to Vogue in 2013, Thomas’s decision to become her coach after they were married was not the best choice. Personally, I didn’t see any results, therefore I wouldn’t suggest it. Getting hitched is also something I wouldn’t suggest!

In 2011, Lindsey had another interview with Sports Illustrated where she discussed marriage, specifically in relation to her ex. She talked to the outlet back then about how she was hesitant to alter her name back to her maiden name, Kildow, but she clearly did not regret being married so young. Racegoers travel to witness Lindsey Vonn. My stage name is that. On top of the hill, it’s who I am. When I retire, I may change it back. I might also get married again.

The Legendary Tiger Woods

Of all people Lindsey’s public admirers, professional golfer Tiger Woods stood out. A year after meeting at a charity event in 2012, the couple confirmed their relationship in a Facebook post on March 19, 2003. They hit it off immediately. By the way, Lindsey did not keep her relationship status a secret; she confirmed it on the social networking site. “I am incredibly happy that our friendship has blossomed into something more in the past few months.”

Apparently due to scheduling conflicts, the pair broke up in 2015, and Lindsey made her feelings known about the breakup. “I loved him and I still love him,” she told CNN in November 2015, six months after they announced their split. “I had a fantastic three years with him, but, you know, sometimes plans fall through, and ours did.”

“What I mean is that… “I was in love,” she added in a January 2018 interview with Sports Illustrated. I still consider him a buddy, and I adored him. Even though he is incredibly independent and headstrong, there are times when I wish he had paid more attention to what I had to say. This most recent recovery, I pray, remains. My heart breaks for him when he loses a tournament.
