Nakshatra Gana: What are the 3 Ganas in Astrology?

Ganas is all about the energy of one of the three worlds or lokas: Swarga, Mrityu, and Prithvi. Swarga is heaven, Prithvi is Earth, and Mrityu Loka is hell. Swarga is where God resides, Prithvi is the abode of human beings, and Mrityu Loka is where the rakshasas or demons reside. Types of Gana in Astrology 

There are three types of ganas in Hindu astrology. These three include dev Gana (divine power), rakshasa Gana (demonic), and manushya Gana (human). 

The ganas are controlled by the situation or presence of the Moon in the birth chart of a person. Astrologically speaking, each of these ganas is significant because the nature and personality of the natives are based on the ganas they have in their birth charts. 

Gana Characteristics in Astrology
